I'm not happy. this unit should cool 420 square feet and it's not doing the job. it's cooling one half the space with fans assisting! i'm really pissed!

I got this for my living room and this thing is seriously incredible. i’m freezing!! just how i like it. i got it in literally 2 days. definitely blown away by the quality for the price. the vent opens and closes by itself when you turn it on. it will oscillate as well. thought that was cool. overall so happy and i’m not sweating anymore thank god. highly recommend!
